The process was smooth, there were no surprises, and they were very helpful in getting it done quickly while my kids ran around us! I would recommend this dealership to any one of my friends. Dishonest And Ran Us In Circles! I spent an entire day at Culver City Volvo this past Saturday and left not just disappointed but frustrated. We arrived interested in leasing a Volvo I spent an entire day at Culver City Volvo this past Saturday and left not just disappointed but frustrated. We arrived interested in leasing a Volvo XC40 and were set up with Alpha. He wasn't overly familiar with his inventory or any of the features of the car we were looking at which bothered me. On our test drive he didn't try to sell the car, didn't show us a single aspect of the car, just showed us where to turn to get back to the dealership. Luckily we had already test driven the vehicle and knew we liked it. Moving forward, we sat down to start running numbers and more than once the numbers on Volvo's side were incorrect. Luckily my husband is a numbers guy so he was all over this. After a looong time we were able to work out a deal and then we find out the car has over 700 miles. This concerned me but Alpha said this is normal due to test drives around the neighborhood. When we got to the finance department we come to find out the car we've been working out a deal on is a Demo which was NOT DISCLOSED. It has over 700 miles because it has been driven around by someone on the lot as their own car. It also has numerous wounds and blemishes. We talk to the manager, Charlie, who was rude. He used the term "lucky" many times. We were lucky to be getting the deal we were getting. He sells cars with fear tactics and that doesn't work on us. We finally agreed that they would fix anything wrong with the car and we would move forward. Until we saw the Carfax and it showed this "brand new" car had already had the entire brake system replaced. Charlie again tried to intimidate us into buying the car, I mean when does this work on people? Treating people respectfully would definitely have gotten him further with us. He said we were lucky to be getting this deal, if we wanted a new car we should have chosen a new car. Well, we thought we were choosing a new car because no one disclosed that this was a demo to us in the first place. We asked him how the price would change if the brakes had been replaced and he said not at all. So I'm not really sure how a "brand new" Volvo xc40 with over 700 miles, numerous blemishes and an entirely new brake system is considered new. He wasn't giving us that great a deal. It was a deal we were negotiating on what we considered to be a new vehicle, not a used vehicle. We decided to walk away. It seemed like some shady tactics going on. Get people interested in a car, tell them it is new, negotiate on said car, then tell them the car has 700+ miles on it, mars and blemishes, and a new brake system and then tell them they are lucky to be getting any deal and if they want a new car to go pick one out but not to expect any deal at all. Mainly they just treated us poorly. It was the worst experience and left me feeling disgusting. More

EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS Culver City Volvo is the finest dealership I have ever done business with. The experience was exceptional and the vehicle took less than 5 minutes to purchase by phone and pick up a few days later exactly as promised! If you are looing for a Volvo, don't bother looking anyplace else, if they don't have it, they will get it. I have never been as satisfied as I was with this dealership, the deal and the customer service. At Culver City Volvo, a deal is a deal, their are no changes upon signing documents; it's exactly as they promised! I urge all customers to visit this dealership first, it will save you a lot of time and remember, if they don't have it, they can get it from any other dealer! More

The air ride specifically. - Richard didn't seem rushed while he explained and demonstrated the features of the car or when we went on the test drive. Lack of space everywhere is not a deal breaker but certainly a point of contention. The way to present evidence that I owned a Volvo before this seems illogical. Title to the car should be sufficient.? I think this aspect needs cleaning up. When it becomes an issue then it becomes annoying. For a car with MSRP of close to 70,000 - $500 shouldn't require unwarranted investment of my time. More
