I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with my experience at Allen Turner Chevrolet that I had to, and I haven't even purchased a car yet! My fiancé and I stopped by to check out a Chevy Equinox t experience at Allen Turner Chevrolet that I had to, and I haven't even purchased a car yet! My fiancé and I stopped by to check out a Chevy Equinox that we saw online. While we were peaking in the windows, a sales rep came by and started talking to us. We explained that we were just looking and weren't quite ready to buy yet, thinking the man would just leave us alone. He didn't! Instead, he introduced himself and proceeded to answer every question that we threw at him and even told us things that we hadn't thought of. He gave us so much information and was very professional the entire time. We felt like he actually cared about us and we weren't just another sale. See, we had been to a couple of dealers prior and when we said that we weren't ready to buy, just got the cold shoulder. Even though we had a couple of more dealers to check out, we made a decision right then and there that we're taking our business to Charlie at Allen Turner Chevrolet when we're ready to buy. We cannot recommend Charlie enough! More

When I first drove up he came out and introduced himself. To me that's a big deal because I have recently been to a dealership where no one came out and when I went in I got a clear feeling that I was the wrong sex, female, and by herself. You know, women don't buy cars. I cannot say enough about the quality of service that I received from Charlie Lehner, he was never once pushy, I will NOT deal with a pushy rep. He was very proficient and knowledgeable in all areas of his work. Made sure that I knew of all things that I needed to do before I left the dealership and if I had any questions in the future to feel free to call him, he said if he didn't have the answer he was sure there would be someone there that would. There is only a 5 star rating available but this dealership deserves a 10. IF I ever trade cars again in the future I know exactly where I will be going. I traded a 2018 Equinox to a 2022 Equinox. If you are looking for a new ride believe me this is worth the drive. My drive time was 1.5 hours but well worth it in the end. Thank you again to all at Allen Turner Chevrolet and Charlie Lehner.
