So, we made an appointment through their system, and it scheduled us for between 7:30 am and 8 am on Saturday with another sales co Consultant again. They do not even open until 8:30, but Charlie met us at the door, and helped us out anyway. He listened to our needs, and was able to make the deal we wanted with no hesitation. Then, his 10 am appointment showed up at 9 am, but he took his time and answered all our questions; we never felt rushed. More
