Few days later had a small issue with transmission,Charlie HcHale called personally and told me he would take care of issue Mr. Glenn Ritchey Jr. assisted in this process( will add Mr. Ritchey was on vacation ,but to took time from his vacation time to assist men in this matter) ,been dealing with the Hall -Ritchey group for years,very fine dealership/ trusted services department .Thanks Dr. Larry Petker More
