Very Bad Experience As I indicated early in your survey my overall experience with Daytona Hyundai has been nothing but a nightmare. I have had to write a complaint lette As I indicated early in your survey my overall experience with Daytona Hyundai has been nothing but a nightmare. I have had to write a complaint letter to Mr. Ritchey concerning their poo customer service and as stated earlier I have yet to received my paper work and finial contract. I purchased my car on September 6, 2015 and have yet to received any contract from any bank. The finance manager said that I have a bank ( Capital One )but I can't tell. Mind you my car note is due on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. This is not acceptable!! Please Help!! Oh by the way, I was told today Monday, Oct. 19, 2015 by Tracey, the Finance Manager, that I should call Capital One to find out where my paper work stands, that she would not be able to call the bank for me. Well I told her that that was her job not mind!! I did have a wonder Salesperson name Wendy Edwards.. More
