On the purchase of my recent truck I worked with Charlie Moriarty, Adam Rich, and Abby Prescott. They all worked extremely hard to make a deal that I could afford and made the buying process stress free. I had shopped around at several other Ford dealerships in VT and NY and Heritage was able to offer me the best price on the new truck as well as the highest trade in value on my old truck. Great Experience at Heritage Ford I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus at Heritage Ford in South Burlington and had the pleasure of working with Charlie Moriarty. Charlie was very fr I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus at Heritage Ford in South Burlington and had the pleasure of working with Charlie Moriarty. Charlie was very friendly, attentive, and focused on customer service during my new car purchase experience. Charlie made sure all the deal details were covered and I was very happy with his level of service. While at the dealership I also had the pleasure of working with Stephen Lehr and Steve Conners. Both were also very professional. Stephen finished the financial portion of the sale and was very meticulous, professional, and friendly. While at the dealership I also spoke to Patrick Crowley. Although Crowley was not my direct salesperson, he was friendly and made sure I was being helped. While waiting for delivery of my new car, I noticed a few of the little things that make Heritage Ford top notch. While sitting in the waiting area I happened to notice Thomas Ward open the showroom door for a couple coming in to the dealership. I thought that the professional gesture of simply opening the door was top notch and I was very impressed. Again, Charlie was my primary salesman and I was very impressed with his customer service. I would consider coming back in the future and recommending friends to the dealership. I'm very happy with my 2014 Ford Focus SE. More
