I decided a week ago that it was time to trade out of my current vehicle and HTeam were the only ones in the area that had a vehicle that was of my interest so I decided to give them another shot! I was referred to Charlie by Paula from Service. When I arrived at the dealership' Charlie was awaiting. Paula introduced us and we started the venture to get me into a new vehicle. We started off with what I was looking for/at. It happened to be the Focus ST that was in the showroom RIGHT NEXT TO Charlie's desk. We then performed a test drive with the same car that was sitting outside. I instantly fell in love with the focus. Charlie did everything in his power to make sure that I was certain that's what I wanted and to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Everything went great. Was my quickest buying experience ever. Was in and out in 4ish hours from start to finish with a brand new car off the showroom floor. I will most likely be back for my next vehicle. So just want to thank HTeam for making this a great experience and not being pushy and rude like the first time I was there. More

LOVE MY CAR!!!!
