Hello, My name is Charlie Piper. I have been with Miracle Ford for ten years now. I have lived in Sumner Co. for 37 years as well. I pride myself on excellent customer service to each and every person that I come in contact with. I also take the time to share the knowledge that I have learned about the vehicle's that I sell as well. I know the car buying experience is not always the best one. I make the entire buying experience fun and exciting one. From the beginning when I shake your hand, until I hand you the keys at the very end. I keep each one of my customers knowing what is going on every step of the way and take my time with a no pressure approach. Miracle Ford is one of the best car dealerships around. Bought a ford edge This visit was great. Not like a typical car lot where they try to get you to buy something you can not afford. We told Daniel Custodio are budget and This visit was great. Not like a typical car lot where they try to get you to buy something you can not afford. We told Daniel Custodio are budget and he did what he had to do to get it to that budget. Very knowledgeable salesman, great guy, and the whole staff made us feel like we mattered. Coach was great to our kids and to us. Even offered us some food. Excellent Service Again! They were a real life-saver on this purchase. Earlier the same day I had totaled my 2015 Ford F150 pickup. Checking the inventories of local dealers, They were a real life-saver on this purchase. Earlier the same day I had totaled my 2015 Ford F150 pickup. Checking the inventories of local dealers, I found that Miracle had two pickups that matched my list. One a 2017 that was Magnetic Gray (not out preferred color) and one a 2016 that had all the required items and was nearly a duplicate to the totaled 2015. Though the 2016 was out with a sales person Miracle quickly traced it down and had it back to the lot. In the mean time we worked on how we were going to be able to work the deal while waiting on the insurance company to finish the paper work. With the help of Miracle Ford I went from a totaled vehicle in the morning to a new look alike replacement that evening. A Miracle sale. More

Excellent service from start to finish. I was looking online for a new truck and found the exact one I wanted at Miracle Ford. I initially talked to Bryan Hopper, who is one of the managers I was looking online for a new truck and found the exact one I wanted at Miracle Ford. I initially talked to Bryan Hopper, who is one of the managers there. He was very helpful when explaining what rebates were applicable for the truck I wanted, and even took the time to explain the Ford A plan since my dad works for Ford. Bryan was very helpful, and had to deal with me calling a lot - they really wanted to see me get this truck, and went out of their way to help make the numbers work for me. I went to get my truck on a Saturday, and Bryan wasn't there that day (he told me he wouldn't be there, and passed my info on to someone else). When I walked in the door, Jim Galvin, the owner, was standing there to greet me. He was very nice, not pushy to get a sale, and easy to talk to. The salesman that I worked with was Daniel Custodio. He was very helpful, not pushy, and eager to show me the details of the deal and also the details of the vehicle itself. I already had the numbers worked out with Brian prior to coming into the dealer, and Daniel just had to make sure everything was in order, and then we were good to go. After signing the paperwork with Charlie, I was ready to hit the road in my brand new truck. Before I left, Jim thanked me for my business, and informed me that the first oil change was on them. This dealership seems more focused on customer service and making repeat customers than just making a bunch of sales. As long as I'm living in Middle Tennessee I'll be a customer of theirs. More
