Hello, My name is Charlie Piper. I have been with Miracle Ford for ten years now. I have lived in Sumner Co. for 37 years as well. I pride myself on excellent customer service to each and every person that I come in contact with. I also take the time to share the knowledge that I have learned about the vehicle's that I sell as well. I know the car buying experience is not always the best one. I make the entire buying experience fun and exciting one. From the beginning when I shake your hand, until I hand you the keys at the very end. I keep each one of my customers knowing what is going on every step of the way and take my time with a no pressure approach. Miracle Ford is one of the best car dealerships around. It is so nice to work for a family owned business where we focus on the customers and striving to earn everyone's business that we touch. Chevy Tahoe at a Ford Dealership? Not being from the Nashville area, I had been to a few different dealers this particular day searching for a used Tahoe with fairly low mileage , last Not being from the Nashville area, I had been to a few different dealers this particular day searching for a used Tahoe with fairly low mileage , last stop on the vehicles I found online was Miracle Ford. Charlie walked up and shook my hand, it was probably not the easiest situation as I was tired and frustrated from a long day of looking at many other vehicles, I’m sure he could tell. Long story short, he was patient and had a low pressure approach. He told me he would sell me a Tahoe today and that he did! Even took the ford emblem from the lot sticker off the back for me! Big shout out to the finance manager Sandra too, she is awesome! More

No pressure!! I went in, knew I was upside down on my current car, told my salesman, Josh Pelican my max monthly payment and what I was needing in a vehicle. It took a little while but he was able to find the perfect SUV for me! In my price, all of the bells and whistles I wanted an more! Everyone was super friendly! Josh was very knowledgeable, honest, no pressure and really listened to me. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back to Miracle Ford and see Josh again. And a shout out to the Finance dept. they were wonderful!!! More
