We arrived at this dealership on the coldest day in years. They were so friendly and waiting for us. Our salesman opened the business door for us. Everything was ready. Charlie was extremely courteous, knowledgeable , informative, professional and helpful. We explained to him that we wanted to purchase a Grand Cherokee so it could be flat towed behind our motorhome informative, professional and helpful. We had contacted 3 dealerships in IL and were quickly frustrated when it was obvious that the salespersons were not concerned about helping us find the right vehicle, they only wanted a sale. Working with Charlie was a delight. He was matter of fact, knowledgeable, if he didn't have an answer to a question he sought the answer from someone at the dealership who did know. He, too, cared about us getting the right vehicle, one that could be flat towed with our motorhome. We would definitely recommend family and friends to Baraboo Motors Group and to Charlie Simmons.
