Charlie has been with RBM of Atlanta for 24 years and Mercedes-Benz for 41 years. He is Mercedes-Benz Master Certified in Sales. Charlie lives in Roswell and is the proud grandfather to two grandchildren. He enjoys target shooting, fishing, and bowling in his spare time. Charlie is actively involved with the Diabetes Association for children.

We knew roughly what we were looking for and Charlie listened and understood. He made us aware of alternatives and features available. Our leasing source was slow and unresponsive and Tom quickly structured a favorable Mercedes leasing program to fit our needs. My experience with both the dealership and Charlie was wonderful the first time we visited and bought a Mercedes with this dealership and Charlie. It continued to be a great experience over the years and there was no reason not to go back to them when purchasing a new car this time. They are courteous, and most importantly, give you the personal space you need when making a decision about which model to purchase. This is very important to us. We do not like sales pressure. We find that when we visit this dealership, anyone can answer whatever question we may have. We do not have to go through layers of management to get our answers. Most of all the financial person we dealt with, along with Charlie, were professional, personal, and efficient. Charlie has exceptional follow-up whether it be via telephone, e-mail or in person. To find someone like Charlie is rare in auto sales. Normally, the only goal is to sell a car. While Charlie certainly wants to do that also, he is concerned that the car fits our needs. This is why we go back and recommend this dealership to others. The financial consultant was precise, efficient and thorough. We did not feel pressure to sign up on anything we did not want to do, but rather we feel we made proper decisions based on our life style at this time. Regarding the dealership as a whole, when we "dropped in" knowing that we might not get Charlie's immediate attention, there was always someone stopping by to answer any questions, or to make us feel comfortable. This included the receptionist and other sales people in the showroom. The manager of RBM should indeed be proud of the teamwork he/she has established in this location. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. Charlie Vacaaro and the RBM dealership in general were the most accommodating and this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Usually once I decide on the car I wish to purchas the most accommodating and this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Usually once I decide on the car I wish to purchase I dread all the time needed to negotiate and finalize the deal. I was up front about my concerns and time in making this purchase and Charlie heard me loud and clear. The negotiations were fair and easy and the time involved in getting the car was also much shorter than I had ever experienced. Although I purchased a used car, I felt my time with them was as important as a new purchase, and they made sure that I received everything that came with the car and that it was in excellent condition. Never once did I feel pressured to buy, nor did I feel that my opinion about the car was ignored, especially since I am a woman. The customer service and quality of care RBM provides its clients continues to blow me away. Last year we bought a pre-owned 2008 S 550 after I had been the victim of a terrible auto accident. Charlie Vac clients continues to blow me away. Last year we bought a pre-owned 2008 S 550 after I had been the victim of a terrible auto accident. Charlie Vaccaro and Steve Rosenthal made what had been a nightmarish experience for me with that accident into a wonderful memory and an incredible current driving experience. I LOVE this car. Not only did they find the exact car I wanted, but they also made sure I had blue tooth connection and everything else that I wanted. They followed up with phone calls to make sure I was o.k. and that the car I had purchased was living up to my expectations. Of course, it was and still is. From that moment on I knew I wanted our daughter to have an RBM purchased Mercedes. In fact, I want everyone in our family to have RBM cars purchased with the help of these two gentlemen. I am so happy to say that we just bought for her a pre-owned 2011 C300. In our test driving of such a model, our daughter mentioned that her dream car was a black Mercedes with a tan interior. We had seen none like that on the pre-owned lot. That afternoon I received a call from Steve Rosenthal saying that they had a certified black 2011 C300 with a tan interior. He wanted to make sure our daughter had the car of her dreams! Charlie had told him what she had hoped for. He is such a listener and is so dedicated to making his customers happy. I felt as though I had Aladdin's lamp. Needless to say, we bought the car. She is on Cloud 9, and I am sleeping so much better at night knowing that she has a safe, reliable and first class car AND that these gentlemen have offered to help her set up her phone, her i-Pod and anything else she needs with this car. She is in good hands. Charlie and Steve are immediately responsive to phone calls and appear so quickly whenever we appear in the showroom. I am so grateful. This fabulous experience continues with the service. Curt Cunningham makes it a pleasure to take our cars in for service. Yesterday I took in my S550 for a few things. He fixed the blue tooth and gate/garage door opening buttons immediately while I was there. He found some things that needed attention that I did not even know about. Before I left, he asked if there was anything else he could do. This kind of service does not happen for me with other companies. He calls to keep me up-dated on anything else that might be needed. When the car is ready, he calls and has it waiting for me...washed and ready to go. As I said, I want everyone I care about to have a Mercedes from this company with these men. My husband is also a client, and now my brother is headed their way. The "car of his dreams" is sitting on the pre-onwed lot. I almost feel a mother's pride in sending him to RBM, because I know what kind of an experience awaits him. He will be impressed. More

My relationship with RBM goes back to 1974 when they were located on Pharr Road in Buckhead. RBM is one of the few reasons I venture outside of the Perimeter Highway (I-285).
