I visited Charlie to drive a new Forester Wilderness edition as 3 had arrived that day. When I arrived the dealership was incredibly busy and Charlie was with clients. Even though he was busy he still m edition as 3 had arrived that day. When I arrived the dealership was incredibly busy and Charlie was with clients. Even though he was busy he still made time to greet me and let me know they still had one in stock. He went above and beyond to get the vehicle from the back, fill it with gas, and explain every feature to me. When I am ready to buy a Subaru I will definitely be giving my busy to the superstore and Charlie Webb as he exemplifies what a good sales person is. Thank you Charlie! More

We started with Charlie, he took us on 2 test drives and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us all of the options and was very understanding when we told him that we weren’t ready to purchase ye was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had Rodney for finance and that process was just as easy as buying the car. He was very informative on the warranties offered and polite about it. I did not feel forced to buy a warranty but was surprised at how inexpensive they are. Grateful that I bought from this dealership. More

No nonsense I knew the car I wanted to buy before I went to the dealership. I did my research, word of mouth, consumer reports, newspaper articles, etc. The onl I knew the car I wanted to buy before I went to the dealership. Subaru made it easy, we went back and forth a couple of times and then we shook hands. I didn't have to deal with the whole chain of command, in and out in about two hours. More

Great Service with Jerry Jerry Zack is my Service Advisor. I have never had a problem with my Outback when it is in for service and Jerry is watching over it. Below is what I said last time I rated Subaru superstore of Chandler. And I am still very happy to have Jerry as my service advisor. Jerry always takes outstanding care of all my servicing or any problems I have with my 2017 Subaru Outback. When I make an appointment with Jerry I know that he will take very good care of me and my Outback. Jerry always keeps me informed on the progress of my vehicle, if for some reason they need more time to do the repairs he notifies me in plenty of time so I can rearrange my schedule. A good service department is what I look for when I buy a new car. Your see the salesmen “who was also outstanding and still I still see, (Charlie Webb) to say Hi” when you have your car in for service.
