I joined the Subaru Superstore in June of 2010 after retiring from a 30-year career in another business. I truly enjoy selling a great product and working with the superb staff here. My wife and I moved to Gilbert from Denver 7 years ago. Two of our three children live in Gilbert, and we love spending time with them. My hobbies include mountain biking and skiing.

Great new SUV buying experience Subaru Forester We took nearly a year looking and comparing a lot of SUV’s and found the Subaru Forester met all of our expectations. Then dealing with Charlie Webb We took nearly a year looking and comparing a lot of SUV’s and found the Subaru Forester met all of our expectations. Then dealing with Charlie Webb was no pressure and working with us to get just what we wanted. His patience and understanding our situation was really appreciated, but only the beginning. Then we met and worked with all the other employees there and they way they helped and worked with us was impressive. Then got better with follow up and assistance plus never experienced follow on training class. It was all above anything we have ever experienced from any car dealer. More

Excellent Custmer Service I worked with Charlie. He knows his Subaru’s and is great at dealing with customers who have a little attitude (that would be me). They were very stra I worked with Charlie. He knows his Subaru’s and is great at dealing with customers who have a little attitude (that would be me). They were very straightforward as a whole and made my experience quick. They didn’t try to make me purchase any extras I wasn’t comfortable with. I would feel comfortable taking my mom there if she were buying a new car. My finance guy was also super helpful. More
