Relaxed and easy to work with. Met Charlie Webb last year when considering the Outback. We were seeking information only at that time and Charlie was very informative. However, my husband got sick and Charlie was very understanding. When we finally got back to see Charlie last week he showed us the exact packages we were looking for in the Outback. We purchased the Outback we took for a test ride; mainly because Charlie was so helpful and not pushy. We're learning all the ins and outs of the Outback, and if all goes well, we'll probably upgrade in a couple of years. More
