Bought first Subaru Our first visit was with Don-TrelI. He had me test drive the Forester 2018. We told him that we have 3 different types of vehicles in mind. Forester, Our first visit was with Don-TrelI. He had me test drive the Forester 2018. We told him that we have 3 different types of vehicles in mind. Forester, RAV4 and Rouge. We are comparing first before buying. Don-Trell is nice and didn't say anything bad about the other 2 vehicles. He didn't pressure us on buying. I didn't get massive spam e-mail or phone calls. He only e-mail once a week. Which is a plus. 2nd visit was with Charlie. He called Don-Trell on the phone to let him know that we stop by. Don-Trell OK him to take over. I like how they respect each other and don't steel each others customer. It's a good experience for me. We get to test drive the Impreza 2018 and Forester 2017. Charlie had a lot of patient helping us. We also didn't get pressured. Charlie was very professional and friendly. He give us enough information about the vehicles. He also give us close to the price we can afford. More

Our salesman, Charlie Webb, was knowledgeable of the car we test drove. He was patient and covered everything (and with all of the gadgets, there was a lot to cover)! Charlie had us test out many of the features of the car as we were out driving the car and when we came back to test drive one more time, he answered every question we had. The Business Manager, Brent Beck, who presented the extra warranty information wasn't pushy - even when the services presented were declined. And Christine Weber, the Senior Delivery Specialist, was great at giving us another lesson on all of the electronics after we made our purchase. After we've had our car a few weeks, we'll also go back for another class offered on all of the electronics and gadgets - a nice little extra that's offered. Subaru Superstore made the experience of buying a car practically painless. More

Overall, the staff at Chandler Subaru Superstore were effective in getting me the vehicle of my choice. One little hickup, towards the end of the purchasing process, after having had been informed of the nuts and bolts of the loan, upon the signing of documents I was surprised to see a different interest rate than what I had been provided with initially. I mentioned this to the finance maganger I was working with and she promptly corrected the documents and we were able to move right along. This was a bit concerning, because I am not sure if this was an honest mistake or intentional. Either way it was corrected which is all I wanted. I'm not very experienced in purchasing vehicles, but my experience at Chandler Subaru taught me that it is important to have a good salesperson guiding the process. Mr. Charlie Webb was just that. He is an exceptional salesman, if you have a choice I would go with him. He didn't have to be as informative or patient as he was. It was the end of a long hot day and he maintained his professional demeanor throughout the three to four hours I was there. He was able to provide me with facts about an issue I asked him about concerning the vehicle I was interested in. This provided me with great peace of mind and actually was the sole reason I ended up purchasing the vehicle. It was unfortunate to see that another salesman was also listed on the paperwork as having partial part in the sale. This salesman did nothing for me aside from allow me to test drive the vehicle. So, Mr. Webb was also doing all he could for me knowing very well he would not get all the credit for the sale. That in itself says it all. More
