I joined the Subaru Superstore in June of 2010 after retiring from a 30-year career in another business. I truly enjoy selling a great product and working with the superb staff here. My wife and I moved to Gilbert from Denver 7 years ago. Two of our three children live in Gilbert, and we love spending time with them. My hobbies include mountain biking and skiing.

4th Subaru Purchase Having owned three other Subarus over the last 16 years, we never considered any other car when it was time to buy a new car for my wife, And, based o Having owned three other Subarus over the last 16 years, we never considered any other car when it was time to buy a new car for my wife, And, based on having all of our service work done at the Superstore for the past seven years, we never considered any other Subaru dealer either. As expected, the purchase experience was hassle free and we've had outstanding support since the purchase as well. I've never been in a dealership before where you're just as likely to meet the owner as you are to meet a salesman or a service rep. The Superstore is a first class operation in every respect. More

An Abundance of Welcomes I purchased my first vehicle about 4 years ago, and after the first year of owning that non-subaru vehicle I have been doing research to purchase myse I purchased my first vehicle about 4 years ago, and after the first year of owning that non-subaru vehicle I have been doing research to purchase myself a new, reliable, and long lasting vehicle. Awful to say, I know, my last car was the worst, and I did not want to go through another purchase process like the one I had already been through, again. After pulling up to the lot I was welcomed by Seton who gave me a tour around the lot. I was looking at WRX's. I was expecting him to be pushy like any other salesmen but he was kind, and thoughtful and very very knowledgeable when it comes to the ins and outs of the vehicle. After me being picky about a color, I finally decided about world rally blue. The process was straight forward and easy, and this time I didn't have to use the entire bottle of advil like my previous experiences at other dealerships. After coming inside and taking a seat I had a few minutes to relax with my bottled water (offered by Seton). It seemed to be a slower day because I got to meet a couple of the other amazing sales staff you have, including Justin, Wayne, Ron, and Charlie. I was offered a spot in a Subaru Club and even talked to about how much I am going to love my new car. It is nice to see such eager staff without them being overbearing. Pierre was the gentlemen who took care of my finances. He did a wonderful job making this process less stressful and as easy as possible as we are into the homestretch of this entire process. Last but definitely not least, I was give the insider details about my new wrx by the delivery specialist, Rex. He took the time to pair my phone, and even sync my contacts. It is the first time having all these updates in my car, from the touch screen, to the bluetooth. We had some trouble hooking up my Pandora to my iPhone but Antonio had the magic touch to put it together. But in all honesty, even with all the new tech and aside from everything... I could not stop staring at Rex himself. He is definitely the best looking one, on a scale from 1-10, he is an 11. Very professional, and gave me his card incase I had any questions. All in all, I wanted to thank you all so much for everything that all the staff has done for me today. Making me feel right at home. From the level of welcomeness I felt from this company I don't even feel like a customer anymore, but I feel like more of a guest. There is a genuine concern for all that walk through those front doors. More

I've worked with Charlie Webb on the first 2 purchases, and with Seton Faircloth today. I have also worked with the Dulcinea Pimental in the service department on many occasions, and all 3 of them have been courteous, helpful, non-pushy and MORE than willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. If you want to stop hating car dealerships, go see these people! More

purchase, etc Charlie showed me my Outback. I chose to buy it based on my research I had done prior to going into dealer. He did not know a lot of the questions I h Charlie showed me my Outback. He did not know a lot of the questions I had, and had to go ask someone else. although he was thorough reviewing everything, he just made me feel very uneasy to the point that I almost walked out. he seemed scatterbrained and confused with the sale. when I mentioned it to my finance person, it was agreed he "is weird" the dealership does not put the price of the vehicles on the car. it's a guessing game when they are asked the price and particulars about it. I had requested certain perks to be included in sale. when I went to have them installed there, the service lady thought more of her cell phone than responded to customers waiting for her to get there for the apt time. More

Charlie and the sales team were straight forward from the start regarding our possible trade and they were a wealth of knowledge trying to help us decide what we truly needed from our vehicle. Charlie could not have been more professional and knowledgeable about the Subaru brand and the dealership itself. He was very patient with our many questions regarding all parts of the buying process. We appreciated working with Pierre Evans as well. He made the finance end of things easy on us and was able to explain things to us as needed. At the point of sale, Charlie was thorough with paperwork, orientation to the vehicle and volunteered to be there in the future. This dealership sets a standard I could only dream of from the others I spoke with. More

Fantastic experience buying a new car! I haven't bought a new car in many years and this was a terrific experience! The salesman was very friendly and it was easy to pick out the car I wanted. The financing discussion was not intimidating and was fast and very clear. I was completely impressed by the orientation service that we were given when we came to get the car. Christine spent an hour with just us and the car going over all of the different gadgets and features and answering all of our questions. It is obvious that she REALLY knows the car well and gave us some good tips. I actually felt pretty confident driving home and I look forward to better familiarizing myself with the amazing features of the car. My friend, who just bought a Honda, said that they just gave her a 5 minute review and then told her to read the manual. Overall, an extremely positive experience! More

We were interested in purchasing a 2015 or 2016 Legacy with the EyeSight and other active safety features. The sales representative, Charlie Webb, was extremely well informed about these and other aspects of the vehicle. During the test drive, Mr. Webb made sure that we were able to get a good sense of how the EyeSight system and other key features work. He was very low-keyed and enabled us to purchase a Legacy that met our exact needs. Karen Cain was also very helpful with the paperwork details of the purchase. All in all, it was probably the best car buying experience that we have ever had--and, as senior citizens, we have purchased many cars over the decades and have had the good fortune to buy vehicles from several very good dealerships. We had looked at vehicles several months ago there and never felt pressured by the sales staff to buy. After reviewing and comparing several similar SUV's we decided the Outback was what we wanted. Our sales associate Charlie was very knowledgeable with the features(and there are a lot of high tech features) giving us a helpful tutorial. I would recommend this dealership highly and believe we purchased a wonderful vehicle. More
