I joined the Subaru Superstore in June of 2010 after retiring from a 30-year career in another business. I truly enjoy selling a great product and working with the superb staff here. My wife and I moved to Gilbert from Denver 7 years ago. Two of our three children live in Gilbert, and we love spending time with them. My hobbies include mountain biking and skiing.

Subaru Forester XT Charlie greeted me on my first visit and was very helpful in showing around all the different models. He is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. He is very honest and even though I was not buying on my first visit he did not try to force the matter and offered a test drive. Charlie was busy on my second visit and asked Seton to answer my questions. Seton is very enthusiastic salesman. He took me on a test drive and carefully explained all the functions in the car. He helped me a lot in narrowing down the choices and selecting my awesome satin white pearl (that's what the catalog says). I got an Intel employee discount. I would also thank Marc, Charlie and Seton for helping me expedite my car insurance and financial paperwork. Although Charlie wasn't directly working with me, he dropped by time to time to ask how things were going. I highly appreciate that. Seton also setup the blue tooth and a few other car functions.He also gave very handy advise for taking care of my new car. Above all he drove all the way down to my residence in this inclement weather to hand me my plates. Overall it was a wonderful experience that went through much smoothly than I would have anticipated. I would highly recommend this dealership, Charlie and Seton to all my friends and other potential car buyers. More

Best car purchase experience I ever had Highly recommend this dealership, especially Charlie, Dan, Brent: Dan greeted us on our first visit, and was as low-pressure as I could ask for sin Highly recommend this dealership, especially Charlie, Dan, Brent: Dan greeted us on our first visit, and was as low-pressure as I could ask for since I had indicated I was on my first round of looking and not ready to make any decisions. He treated us with respect and showed us around, answered all questions, gave us materials, and let us walk out with absolutely no pressure applied. After visiting 9 other dealerships, I settled on Subaru Outback and returned to this Subaru Superstore because of how well I had been treated any time I stopped in. I worked with Charlie after my very first visit, who took me on several test drives with different models. Charlie took very good care to clearly and patiently answer all questions I had, show me all the features, helped me compare, and after I made the decision to purchase, he walked me through the process explaining all the papers, etc. I used the Costco purchase program and received what I believe was a very good price. Brent, the Finance manager for the deal, also was very helpful answering questions. He offered me some very good discounts on the Clear coat, Service plan, and other options, but no pressure at all (and the option discounts were even good for later, to give me time to decide - I really appreciated that fact.). The entire purchase process was stress free and easy. The store itself is a very nice environment - light, clean, and offers very delicious fresh ground coffee! I highly recommend folks shop here over other dealerships in the valley. The whole thing was easy and pleasant (not so at some of the other dealerships I encountered during my quest!) More

We have been in and out of there several times over the last 3 months while we tried to decide what kind of car would best meet our needs. Charlie is knowledgable about the cars he sells. He pointed out features and answered questions that we hadn't even thought of yet!! Even though we went back and forth about the time frame of the purchase and then what kind of car we wanted, I knew after our first meeting that Charlie was our guy. He was not hard sell, not at all what you think of the stereotypical car dealer. Now that the deal is done, I am so happy with our decision to purchase a Subaru Outback from The Subaru Superstore! Great Customer Service Was in the market for a Subaru, met Charles Webb there and he was very friendly and although rare in a Salesman very honest as well. He was a pleasure to work with and lacked the annoying, pushy characteristics we often got from other car-salesmen. He answered our 'harder' questions without being defensive and seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We appreciated his apparent honesty and not excessively sugar-coating things like the neighboring Honda/Toyota dealers. Charlie was patient with us as we took our time checking out both models in the show room and he took us test driving them both - even though we said that we wouldn't be making our buying decision that evening. He didn't try to force the matter and sell us something we didn't want (as they were out of stock of the color we wanted at that time). More
