Buyer beware!!! I was completely ripped off by this dealership. They put me in a vehicle I can not afford. The added fees and warranties to my loan that totaled thousands of dollars when my vehicle is dealership. They put me in a vehicle I can not afford. The truck I wanted My only reason for going to this dealership is they had the truck I wanted. My sales associate (Jeff Davis) answered all of my questions and concerns My only reason for going to this dealership is they had the truck I wanted. My sales associate (Jeff Davis) answered all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction ,demonstrated the truck in a proper fashion and overall was extremely helpful. I presented the deal that I wanted to do for the truck and he presented it to the proper people. At that point a sales manager became involved. The negotiation was difficult with several misunderstandings but eventually the deal was done to my satisfaction. The paperwork process went well and the Finance people were professional and efficient. I drove my truck home and are enjoying it daily. For that truck I would do it again. I have not had any service work done yet but suspect the work and service will be professional . More
