I went to Raceway Chevrolet this week. I was a bit skeptical of buying a vehicle but my sales person was awesome. He took the time to explain the process without being overwhelming or pushy. Buyer beware!!! I was completely ripped off by this dealership. They put me in a vehicle I can not afford. The added fees and warranties to my loan that totaled thousands of dollars when my vehicle is dealership. They put me in a vehicle I can not afford. The truck I wanted My only reason for going to this dealership is they had the truck I wanted. My sales associate (Jeff Davis) answered all of my questions and concerns My only reason for going to this dealership is they had the truck I wanted. My sales associate (Jeff Davis) answered all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction ,demonstrated the truck in a proper fashion and overall was extremely helpful. I presented the deal that I wanted to do for the truck and he presented it to the proper people. At that point a sales manager became involved. The negotiation was difficult with several misunderstandings but eventually the deal was done to my satisfaction. The paperwork process went well and the Finance people were professional and efficient. I drove my truck home and are enjoying it daily. For that truck I would do it again. I have not had any service work done yet but suspect the work and service will be professional . More

Horrible buying experience I had to call them about my credit check and Charlie, sales manager was furious. Told me they were selling the car to someone else. We were in the nig I had to call them about my credit check and Charlie, sales manager was furious. Told me they were selling the car to someone else. We were in the night before with salesman, Bo. We did not agree on a price. They asked f they could run my credit to see what kind of finance rates they could get me that night. After 45 minutes of waiting, Bo checked with financial guy who said to us banks were closed and would have wait until the next morning? I told them what credit union I wanted to finance thru. Since Bo was off the next day I was told someone else would call me. They never did. I found out they ran my credit thru their dealership and two other creditors that I knew nothing about. 3 hits on my credit. I had a very good credit rating and when I questioned Charlie about it, he said in a angry response that someone else from Philly was coming that night to buy the car for asking price. Did not even want to talk to me. I told him to shred my credit app. The car still sits on their lot still for sale. Strong arming customers in the valley is not going to get you business. I still have no idea what I did wrong to make someone so angry. I should be the one angry. My beautiful credit score is affected. Maybe that was their way of getting back at me. Katrina was the website person who we dealt with on line and I dealt with over the phone when I called the next day. I asked to speak with a manager and she disconnected the call so I called back and Charlie was ready for me because Katrina clued him in. I am still in shock from the horrible treatment I received with no explanation. More
