Charlie goes well above and beyond. You might hear that saying about some folks, but every now and then it's just simple the case... as it is with Charlie. I have bought many cars from him in the past saying about some folks, but every now and then it's just simple the case... as it is with Charlie. I have bought many cars from him in the past 20 years. Even after the sale, he will go the extra mile to help make things work out if a concerns comes up. In any significant transaction you might expect a few things to need to be ironed out. At least with Charlie you can have confidence it will be. Bottom line, Charlie cares about the customer. He's honest and treats people with a solid respect. I just wish I had been as determined of customer to his satisfaction and happiness as he was determined for mine. Thank you Charlie for all the hard work.
