Overall, a great experience. Noah, Adam, Stewart and Chas were all very nice to work with. Went to a few other dealerships and wasn’t happy. Came to Gosch ford and was treated well. Mediocre prior to my experience with Gosch I purchased a car from Villa Ford in Orange several months ago. That purchase with a much better experience. Villa Ford provided someone to review all of the car’s features and set up my iPhone with out my asking. The dealer promptly refunded part of my cash purchase due to over payment. Villa management followed up after my purchase by phone to make sure I was fully satisfied. 10 days after my cash purchase at Gosch ford I’m still waiting for a refund on additional items I purchased but mutually agreed to cancel. Management as not followed up on refund ever after I expressed my concern over the phone More
