Overall the whole process was very impersonal as we were shifted down a product line speaking to 3 people and indirectly to the manager through a middleman. The sales manager made no attempt to be reciproca shifted down a product line speaking to 3 people and indirectly to the manager through a middleman. The sales manager made no attempt to be reciprocal in our discussions making it a take it or leave it offer. I'm not sure why he bothered to speak with us. Although Maurice (the docs guy) was very accomodating and did his job smoothly and diligently. We left feeling our time and money had little importance for them; they would be cut and dry on all issues. We waited over 1hr with Maurice before we could be seen to sign papers at 10pm. The car was priced fairly. A major issue with the exterior was discovered after contracts were signed and we brought the issue up to the dealer. It was addressed swiftly. More
