My experience was amazing! ! I worked with Lonnie and his customer service was incredible from the start to end. He kept in contact with me the whole time. I decided to try this ! I worked with Lonnie and his customer service was incredible from the start to end. He kept in contact with me the whole time. I decided to try this location after a horrible experience at a location in VA and I am glad I did because even after I purchased my vehicle, Lonnie texted and emailed me to follow up. I will definitely recommend him and the staff at BMW of Silver Spring. It was such a great experience - I do recommend. I will purchase my new vehicle from Lonnie… and recommend him to all my family and friends. More

Despite a relatively abrupt issue with my car, Chase was able to quickly see me and put me at ease. With so much beyond his control, he made me feel like he was an advocate for me, and was ready to go the e able to quickly see me and put me at ease.
