Have leased several 5 Series from Silver Spring BMW and just bought mine off the lease!! . Great dealership! Desirea Jackson is the best! Always on top of the transaction. EXCELLENT RECOVERY! After some missteps and a series of unfortunate events, I’m glad to say the Service Department here, specifically, Service Director Ron Ptak and Serv After some missteps and a series of unfortunate events, I’m glad to say the Service Department here, specifically, Service Director Ron Ptak and Service Advisor, Chase King were able to provide the QUALITY customer service experience becoming of a BMW Dealership! Mr. Ptak’s genuineness, knowledge, and passion for the work are clearly evident in his ability to engage in solution focused practices; identify and utilize opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery practices at Silver Spring. Needless to say he definitely made up for the less than exemplar experience I had previously with others; and for that I am most appreciative. Mr. Ptak took the time to contact me related to a previous “less than satisfactory” experience; listened to my concerns, and was able to effectively communicate, problem solve, and better inform me of my options and the service needed for my M550i; from start to finish. I greatly appreciate the collaborative effort between Mr. Ptak and Mr. C. King. In the end I can say I am most confident in working with these two in the future. More
