Outstanding staff and service! At almost 49 years old I always vowed to steer clear of dealerships for service and parts but Lou Sobh Kia has changed that!! Not sure about how competitive they are with oil changes and such but I am considering having all my service needs taken care of by their staff. My son also bought his first new vehicle there and his sale person was phenomenal, informative, patient, and not pushy at all!! More
