Another great service experience at Lou Sobh Kia. This is the second car I've bought there. I have had it almost 2 years and all my servicing has been done by them. They always have taken great care of me, f the second car I've bought there. I have had it almost 2 years and all my servicing has been done by them. They always have taken great care of me, from the initial sale (Thanks Chase, you were awesome!) to every time I go in for service, whether it's an oil change or alignment. The waiting area is nice, clean, and comfortable. Plus, the service department lets you know everything they have done and all recommendations. It's great to find people you can trust. More

I moved to Cumming in 2017 and brought my Sedona in for service and I was hooked. I have since leased a Forte and a Telluride. Chase Mueller is the best sales person I have ever dealt with and you don't want to lose him. I worked with him over the last eight months getting my new Telluride and he ordered my car just the way I wanted, bettered my budget and coordinated the delivery to coincide closely with the end of my Sedona's lease. He was able to get to only one payment left on my Sedona. Quite frankly, I am very surprised that KIA would not pickup this one payment for a continuing customer, but that is KIA not your dealership. Thanks again for the great service and be sure to commend Chase. More

Car buying has never been so easy! I was able to communicate with my salesman Chase via text which was super convenient for me since I can’t always be talking on the phone or in person. No wasting hours in a dealership waiting on an approval. I feel like I got a really great deal on my vehicle. My credit is lacking but they were able to get me financed and I’m truly happy with my experience. More

Great experience I had a unique situation where my car was damaged on the way to trade it in, the staff was sensitive to my issue and worked to find solutions. I felt cared for. They had a great rebate offer. The manager even took time to help me through the process. I love my new car. More
