No gimmicks. Everyone at the dealership for Lou Sobh were friendly and no gimmicks. Question answered and internet deals honored. Great experience I had a unique situation where my car was damaged on the way to trade it in, the staff was sensitive to my issue and worked to find solutions. I felt cared for. They had a great rebate offer. The manager even took time to help me through the process. I love my new car. More

I worked with Tim Tyler one of the finance specialists who didn't try to oversell me on anything and made sure I clearly understood everything. I also worked with Chase Mueller who made sure each part of the process was moving along. Towards the end of my experience I met with Jeff the Sales Manager who was a pleasure to speak with as well. Excellent job to the whole dealership! More
