terrible I dropped my car off the day before since the service appointment was at 8:30am. I arrived at 4pm and they hadn’t even started my service. It took them about 15 minutes from when they brought my car into the garage to finish. I was also told I’d my inspection would be free but was still charged. More

Thank you I drove into the service center without an appointment because the back door of my 2008 pathfinder was stuck shut because someone had a blanket betwee I drove into the service center without an appointment because the back door of my 2008 pathfinder was stuck shut because someone had a blanket between the floor and the latch. The service consultant immediately took care of everything and within 40 minutes the door with fixed and ready to go. Thanks very much for your prompt attention. More
