No hassle car buying I went online looking for a KIA Sorento and met Cheryl Cooper. I told her what I wanted, what I wanted to spend and set up an appointment.. Jim Dougla I went online looking for a KIA Sorento and met Cheryl Cooper. I told her what I wanted, what I wanted to spend and set up an appointment.. Jim Douglas found all my information in the computer, found the car I wanted at another dealership. We went over the numbers, even a little less than I wanted to spend, and he called me later in the day when the car was there. There was no"let me check with my manager " to see if I can get you a deal, it was all upfront awesome customer service. I would recommend them to everyone! Great job guys! More

This experience started with a polite and prompt response from Cheryl Cooper who answered my questions in quick order via email from my online form submission. Bill Pack greeted me this evening as I was browsing the lot. He was also very friendly and assisted me with evaluating a used and a new vehicle. Lastly, Justin Johnson, their Finance manager in conjunction with their sales manager helped to closed the deal with a great deal with the new vehicle and my trade-in.
