Amazing crew that goes above and beyond I have never financed a car before and needed a new car badly. I never thought I would get into a new car, but I was directed to Jim Butler Kia by a friend. The team here got right to work and kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to get me financing and into a beautiful car. I can not explain how satisfied I am with the service I received here. I knew what I was looking for but wasn't sure what kind of bells and whistles I came to Jim Butler KIA in search of a new car after mine bit the dust. I knew what I was looking for but wasn't sure what kind of bells and whistles I could get with it. Bill Pack came to my rescue - not only was he super friendly and helpful, he was not pushy AT ALL. He gave me a great deal on my new KIA Sportage and made me feel like I could call him any time I had questions. He took the time to stand out in the cold and show me all of the cool features of my car and also had me sync my phone up to the BlueTooth to make sure everything worked properly. Bill was so warm and welcoming both times I was there, I would work with him again in a heartbeat! I also had the pleasure of working with Cheryl Cooper (who was a doll in orchestrating all of the details of my second visit) and Justin Johnson (who handled all of my financing and explained everything so I felt like I could easily understand it). These two were also fantastic! Every person I came in contact with at Jim Butler was extremely friendly and welcoming - what a great experience! More

It was delivered timely considering there was a trade involved with another dealer. They kept us up to date with the process along the way. We took the train so we didn't have 2 cars to drive back to KC and they even picked us up at the train station! They were all nice and friendly. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Overall a great experience! More

Bill helped when I got to the showroom, he could not have made it easier. The last car I got was from another place with that typical creepy car dealership vibe you thought was only still to be found in movies of the 1960s. I was so not looking forward to this. These folks live in the 21st c. and treat customers fairly and with respect. Imagine that! Justin explained the financing clearly. What a treat.
