I arrived at the dealer, the deal went smoothly, also with Finance Manager Chetan Chavan, who was very informative with the financing, explained it easily to understand, so not to feel overwhelmed. Alan took the time to locate the vehicle we wanted and offered us a great deal, better than our local dealer which is 2.2 miles away. I am extremely happy with the treatment by Alan, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and assisted us in anyway possible to make it a most enjoyable buyer experience. My local dealer on the Peninsula was high pressure and just wanted me to buy anything similar on the lot and get me out the door. Koons Toyota of Arlington Virginia understands, that you're buying something that is expensive, that you're going to have the vehicle for some time, that they want you to be totally happy with deal and the car {you want}. My husband went in for a test drive and told Alan what color we were looking for. While they didn't have it on the lot, he was able to get it the same day and took time to take another test drive with us that night when I was off work and could come along. The process was easy and Alan was excellent to work with. He made sure we had his contact info and followed up with us after the purchase to see if we had any questions. After a few weeks I emailed in to tell him I realized that I didn't have an antenna and he went straight to work to resolve the issue. Turns out it was in the glove box! I'd recommend Alan to anyone wanting to buy a car. More
