In the initial communications i discussed my trade in possibilities with Walter Johnson and Bruno Garcia and set up plans to come down the following saturday on my day off. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Shant Yousif who asked if he could assist me. I told him I was there to see Mr. Johnson and Mr. Garcia and he personally escorted me to Ali Alkida who set up my appointment with Bruno Garcia, started the appraisal of my trade in, and showed me the layout of the area. I was blown away everybody that i met already to this point knew who I was and that I would be coming in and my situation ( very impressed with the intercommunication between staff members). Then I meet Bruno Garcia who is not only a excellent salesmen very knowledgeable but a genuine good guy. He wastes no time getting to know what vehicle im interested, why I'm trading in a relatively new car, just getting a feel for my situation then we walk out and start checking out the new cars until I find the one I was interested in. Upon arriving back in here comes the general manager Walter Johnson over to say hi and shake my he also questions my plans with the trade in and my future plans with the new vehicle. It was in email conversations with Mr. Johnson where I was a straight shooter so to speak that I received the same from him that the groundwork for my arrival Saturday was planned. Then I meet Chetan Chavan finance and insurance manager who has also been briefed on my situation and proceeds to show me what is best route to take for my situation and backs it up with tons of data and puts in laymens terms it was truly an eye opening experience and again very nice gentlemen. Back out to Mr. Garcia he has taken my car out personally to have it cleaned and filled up with gas. Well the car is ready now and Mr. Garcia takes me out and makes sure if there is any questions about the car and if he can show me anything. After a handshake I'm ready to go, then out of nowhere comes Steve Aurelio customer relations manager to congratulate on my new vehicle and to offer his service. Im going to wrap this up by saying the price isn't the only "wow" at this dealership the customer service is. More

I walked in to Koons Toyota and was immediately helped by Oscar Canales. He showed me the Prius I was looking for and had my old car estimated for its trade-in value. He was very thorough and explained everything several times. It was a very lengthy explaination but it helped me to understand all of the paperwork that I was signing. Both Oscar and Chetan have followed up with me about my experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend working with Oscar to buy your next Toyota. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very likeable. My wife and I were looking for a very specific Toyota Camry model and in searching all Toyota dealerships fairly close to where we live, we found it on the Koons website. While we thought that the vehicle was located at Koons Tysons location (the Koons website is very misleading), where we had purchased two previous Camry's, we discovered that the vehicle was in transit to Koons Arlington location. Since we really wanted that specific vehicle, we spoke with Haythem who told us that we could come in, complete the paperwork, not put a penny down, take the car for a test drive when it arrived to their dealership (he even offered to have the car delivered to us), and to give us a loaner until the car arrived. When we arrived at Koons Arlington, Haythem turned us over to Tache, who was a very pleasant person to work with. He completed all of the necessary paperwork that he could do before turning us over to Chetan, to finalize the remainder of the paperwork. While the paperwork with Chetan took a lot longer than my wife had expected, Chetan was very thorough in taking the time to explain everything to us. I have bought many automobiles in the past and I have always looked at those dealings as a very uncomfortable situation. However, as of now, I feel that my purchase of the new Camry from Koons Arlington has definitely been the most comfortable car purchase. More

I arrived at the dealer, the deal went smoothly, also with Finance Manager Chetan Chavan, who was very informative with the financing, explained it easily to understand, so not to feel overwhelmed. Alan took the time to locate the vehicle we wanted and offered us a great deal, better than our local dealer which is 2.2 miles away. I am extremely happy with the treatment by Alan, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and assisted us in anyway possible to make it a most enjoyable buyer experience. My local dealer on the Peninsula was high pressure and just wanted me to buy anything similar on the lot and get me out the door. Koons Toyota of Arlington Virginia understands, that you're buying something that is expensive, that you're going to have the vehicle for some time, that they want you to be totally happy with deal and the car {you want}. I would definitely buy from Koon's Toyota again and make the drive again. More

My husband went in for a test drive and told Alan what color we were looking for. While they didn't have it on the lot, he was able to get it the same day and took time to take another test drive with us that night when I was off work and could come along. The process was easy and Alan was excellent to work with. He made sure we had his contact info and followed up with us after the purchase to see if we had any questions. After a few weeks I emailed in to tell him I realized that I didn't have an antenna and he went straight to work to resolve the issue. Turns out it was in the glove box! I'd recommend Alan to anyone wanting to buy a car. More
