After test driving multiple competing models (and my old car breaking down), I upgraded from my '99 E-Class to a '16 C-Class. Having been to upwards of 10 dealerships in my car buying journey, I was incredibly impressed with Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring. The level of customer service not only met but exceeded my expectations. I worked with Chevist Mitchell through the test drive and buying process. His attention to detail of explaining the vehicle's features, and service-driven attitude made my overall experience a dream. Dorit in Finance was also extremely helpful in answering questions. Great Sales Experience I walked in with an E-class on mind, but I was also considering a C-class. Amazing out of town experience I drove 2.5 hours to buy my dream CPO and the only time I could get there meant cutting it close to their 9:00 closing time but with all the out of st I drove 2.5 hours to buy my dream CPO and the only time I could get there meant cutting it close to their 9:00 closing time but with all the out of state paperwork it meant that 3 or 4 employees stayed until 10:00 to make sure I was taken care of and safely and comfortably driving home that night in my new car :) More
