The timing of repair was good. The cost was very high & i am not convinced I needed the extent of work recommended. I was disappointed to get socked a 3% charge for paying a $3,0 The cost was very high & i am not convinced I needed the extent of work recommended. I was disappointed to get socked a 3% charge for paying a $3,000 bill with a card. I felt the repair already had a hefty profit margin built in, and I doubt if the card merchant fee was that high. To top it off, I was told my vehicle had been washed, when it clearly had not. Over all, the customer service felt like I was being taken advantage of. More

We're very pleased with the used truck we purchased. While, initially upset, when we found shortly after leaving the dealership on a Sunday, in the middle of a holiday weekend, that we had no air cond While, initially upset, when we found shortly after leaving the dealership on a Sunday, in the middle of a holiday weekend, that we had no air conditioner, Jose was quick to respond and to set up a schedule to have the problem corrected. Hopefully, they learned something about ensuring all systems on used vehicles perform as expected before leaving the lot, and, I ensure you, we learned that lesson on any future purchase. All in all, the staff at Chev of WW were great to deal with, and to work through our issue with, so I would definitely consider purchasing from them again. More
