The customer service was outstanding and we were very satisfied with our purchase. Florence, Kentucky. It was a very positive car-buying experience. The customer service was outstanding and we were very satisfied with our purchase. Prior to arriving at the dealership I had inquired about the condition of the car and its features via email and phone calls. Our Sales agent, Cheyenne Collins, was always pleasant and super helpful and provided answers to our questions patiently and throughly. When we arrived at the dealership on a Friday afternoon, the car was presented in an immaculate condition and we fell in love with it at sight. Cheyenne did a great job of explaining all the features and guided us smoothly and efficiently through the paperwork. We felt the pricing was fair and the environment was relatively pressure free. Cheyenne and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the overall buying experience at Tom Gill Chevrolet! More
