Jerry Bill, Steve Emos and James Reynolds have always taken care of us and provided excellent customer service. They have even delivered two vehicles to my house to complete the paperwork. If there ever is something that we've needed, they have jumped all over it to help. The service department has always been extremly helpful when I have either dropped of or scheduled service. I even broke a mirror off one of my trucks at about 5pm at night...drove to the dealership and they replaced the entire mirror in about 20 minutes. We've always had a positive experience here and would reccomend to others. More

And I have owned probably 30 or more since I got out of High School. Responsive, sure footed on slick roads like a Grand Canyon Mule. Fast and fun 3.6 that is easy on gas. Just wish I could have another one for me besides the Wifes. She took my new Sierra to work so I could get the break-in oil out of it for our trip next week. WHAT A MACHINE! P.S. I gave steve a call on Sunday with a questions about my truck and he answered his phone. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caravan from Steven Amos at your dealership. Steve Amos was extremely helpful and interested in meeting the needs that I wanted in a vehicle. He was never pushy and never tried to just make a sale.I have, since my purchase have had some concerns with a droaning/vibration coming from the front of my vehicle usually on start up when engine is cold. I immediately notified Steve and he made an appointment for me to get my van assessed in the service depart.Chip Pearson was responsible for diagnosing the problem. He has been a wonderful service manager and has always been professional and never rude when I would call the department with my concerns. The service department made great effort in trying to fix the vibration and droaning sound, but it was not successfully fixed on the first two attempts.Jerry Bill then became involved in helping with making transportation resources available while my vehicle was under repair on the third attempt. Overall I will have to say that your service department and Stew Hansens Saleman (Steve Amos) has proved to me that your dealership does back up your products and continue to provide service with professionalism to your customers long after the sale has been made. We went to this dealership to just "look" at 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokees. Steve greated us instanly and was very thorough in his presentation and knowlege of the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made us feel at home. The finance people were great to work with Mike and Kevin (sorry; I don't know his last name)were very helpful and and friendly as well. This was our first experience at Stew Hansen's but I'm sure it won't be our last. I feel confident that if and when we need warranty work or something of that nature, that we will receive the same time of awesome treatment as we have received so far. We will tell our friends and family of our wonderful experience at Stews. More
