Exceeded My Expectations We were shopping for a new car and had not considered a Toyota. However, we decided to come to Ed Martin Toyota because of past dealings with the Service Manager, Mark. We were greeted at the door with a handshake and a smile from C.Patel. We were, then, introduced to Dustin Cronkhite, Sales Manager. After explaining the type of car we were interested in, they immediately pulled one up to the front of the building that matched all our requirements. At no time, during our visit, did we feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle. Purchasing and leasing options, were thoroughly explained.
