This was the first new car my fiance and I have ever purchased. We were interested in the 13 subaru impreza hatchback. After several attempts to unsuccessfully find this car, Chito and hudson subabru ca purchased. We were interested in the 13 subaru impreza hatchback. After several attempts to unsuccessfully find this car, Chito and hudson subabru came through. We appreciated their honest approach to car sales. Additionally after tons of in person an online research, the price was fair and there were no hidden fees. We will defintely see Chito when we are ready for our next vehicle. More

I requested a test drive through the Hudson Subaru website. I received an email response immediately and a phone call follow up in a very timely manner. I scheduled a test drive soon afterwards. Chito and Simon were exceptionally great. They were very courteous and professional. Chito was very through in the paperwork and explained every feature of car in detail Regarding the dealership itself, courteous and professional. Accent Stripe $295 2. Wheel moldings $295 3. Door edge guard: $295 4. Security Etch: $495 5. 1 year key Replacement: $395 6. Remote starter: $795 Package Price: $2570 I do not see these items listed anywhere on my receipt obviously all these items are listed at crazy prices that nobody would ever buy them. But the inflated add-on price isusedas startin point for negotiation and you do not notice it till you get delivery, that none of these items are listed on receipt. When called, answer was "we have it on our record, trust us" Second issue: Pre-sale, life time warranty is made out to be best thing since cliced bread. As soon as deposit is paid, story changes. All the negative things about this comeout and the business manager will try to convince you to buy over-priced extended warranty, explaing how inadequate the lifetime warranty is Third Issue: Despite almost being the only customer in show-room, business manager delayed delivery close to two hours. I could not help but think this was a tactic to wear you out, so that add-on pitches become easier I do think other dealers are no better than hudson-subaru. My experience with this dealer is fair, but could have been better. More
