I just had the absolute best dealer car buying experience that I have ever had. I ordered a new Wrangler 4xe from the factory through Craig Benner. I conducted tons of research into the new 4xe model, an that I have ever had. I ordered a new Wrangler 4xe from the factory through Craig Benner. I conducted tons of research into the new 4xe model, and then set out to find the best price and best service for the purchase. After reaching out to Koons, and talking with Craig Benner who manages their factory orders, I quickly realized that they were willing to offer a very fair price and also provide exceptional customer service. Craig was patient with me and answered all of my numerous questions quickly and professionally. The selecting, pricing, and ordering process was done completely through some phone, and mostly email correspondence, which I greatly appreciated not only because of the current Covid situation, but because I really don't enjoy the whole "Let me go talk to my manager" process that I have gotten from dealers in other car showrooms in the past. Craig was incredibly responsive whenever I contacted him, and always gave me honest and helpful answers. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells and the factory ordering process, and he really goes the extra mile so that he doesn't waste any of your time (or his). Yesterday, I finally met Craig in person when my new Jeep arrived for delivery. The great service continued as expected, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire Koons Dealership team. Donovan in financing was thorough and knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all when I declined most of the different warranty coverages that they offered. The Manager stopped by when we were nearly finished to say hello, and to make sure that I had received excellent service and to see if there was anything else that she could help with. Overall, It was a great car buying experience, and I would be happy to recommend Craig Benner and Koons Tysons Jeep for not only the best prices in the area, but also for the exceptional service that they provide.
