Replacement damaged tire I had purchased my tires at Toyota Knoxville and I had a tire separating from the dry wall. I came in for a replacement, was told my cost with road ha I had purchased my tires at Toyota Knoxville and I had a tire separating from the dry wall. I came in for a replacement, was told my cost with road hazard would be $101.00. I agreed for the cost and service, when I was asked to pay the cost was a different amount. I called it to Connors attention and he just discounted my concern. I felt he should have stuck to his word of what I was told. More

Everything Excellent But One Your service is outstanding. My only complaint is with the rotten Rosen unit in my 2013 Camry. As I told Mr. Hayes, ten months after I bought the ca Your service is outstanding. My only complaint is with the rotten Rosen unit in my 2013 Camry. As I told Mr. Hayes, ten months after I bought the car, the unit drained the battery and the car had to be towed in. A year later the same unit failed completely and was replaced. Now another two years later, and the unit only partially works. No nav, no blue tooth, and the touch screen doesn't work. We're paying for something that doesn't work and has been a problem from the start. I think Rosen should fix it at their cost. Your sales guy pushed my husband hard to put it in our car, and it's been nothing but trouble. Definitely NOT up to Toyota quality. More
