We worked with Van. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He even let me test drive a RAVA4 to compare the ride of the Highlander we were buying. It did take a while to finish the purchase paperwork. We were paying cash so I would have thought it would be faster. It maybe was related to we boght on the day after Christmas. No pressure sales. safety issue with 2013 toyota rav4 poor customer support I purchased a 2013 toyota rav4 limited all wheel drive from Toyota Knoxville on Saturday April 5 2020. the vehicle had the push button to start/stop I purchased a 2013 toyota rav4 limited all wheel drive from Toyota Knoxville on Saturday April 5 2020. the vehicle had the push button to start/stop the engine which Thought was a very nice feature. Sadly i was so wrong this is a major safety issue and will cause accidents and probably death. I =contacted the dealership about the problem. The push button start/stop button lets you shut off the engine without having it in park and therefore your vehicle rolls away. After no results with the dealership to resolve this issue Contacted Toyota corporate and still no results but was issued a complaint number so when this button is the cause of a roll away rollaway and causes damage Have proof that Reported the issue. PLEASEdo not ever purchase anything from this dealership it will be your worst nightmare More

Excellent Experience I recently purchased a 2019 RAV4 Limited. Vann Vestal was extremely helpful and patient as he searched for the vehicle I wanted. This was a large purc I recently purchased a 2019 RAV4 Limited. Vann Vestal was extremely helpful and patient as he searched for the vehicle I wanted. This was a large purchase for me, so I wanted to make sure I made the right choice for me. He was never pushy or overbearing and found the car that I wanted at a price that was fair. He was so helpful, I decided to purchase a Corolla for my daughter as an early graduation present! Vann also showed me around the dealership and explained what to expect when bringing my car in for service. I am very pleased with this experience! More

Great service. Shopping for a car is one of my least favorite things to do. I actually dread it.
