The only reason I’m Doing this survey is because Ghongs sales manager was very rude I explained at time of my trade in that i needed to take the battery I had to put in the car I took out of my truck it do sales manager was very rude I explained at time of my trade in that i needed to take the battery I had to put in the car I took out of my truck it doesn’t even for a Lexus but he insisted he could not give my battery back to me very rudely to be very honest this is only my 3 rd purchase from your dealership. I am very disappointed that a dealership with Such a well known name can have a manager,I’m a capacity in which this guy is in to treat your returning clients in such a manner. The only reason I would purchase another car would be Exceptional care of that Chong gave me am I purchasing process she truly is a Asset to your company and really should be in the position that that man is in. Truly! Chong was very helpful,cheerful, and a Genuine person unlike the sales manager that you have currently. Chong went out of her way to make me feel comfortable after I’ve had to make 5 trips Going on 6 trips to complete my transaction. Very upset because I’m stuck with another unexpected cost of another battery. More

Working with Chong Lee was great. She really help me narrow in on the perfect vehicle for me. Also they certainly had the best selection of vehicles in the area. I’ve emailed Chong Chong Chong as a spare key Her Assistant said he would get it now i lost faith witH him and no call back from anyone! More
