Bought a car I had a great sales woman- Chong! She was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and thorough. There was what I thought was a scratch on one wheel that I had a great sales woman- Chong! She was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and thorough. There was what I thought was a scratch on one wheel that I noticed when I was looking at the car. There was a fleck on it when I came to pick up the car and Cheong brought out a cloth and cleaner and got that tiny amount off. She obviously had checked out the car before I came to pick up the car. Never owned a Lexus but as I approached the lot found a very enthusiastic, friendly and task-oriented sales consultant named C Bought a great GLX 460. Never owned a Lexus but as I approached the lot found a very enthusiastic, friendly and task-oriented sales consultant named Chong lee. She quickly got to business showing lots of options, clear mileage and price info and she was upfront about negotiations which she managed professionally. Very patiently showed me several vehicles, drove with me ( highway and neighborhoods) and while committed she did not put too much pressure. This location is so well built, offices are amazing and both dealership and specialty car-service areas are so organized and luxurious you have to bite. More
