I was called by Liberty and told to come in to change my lease. I was told it would take an hour and a half. After being in there for an hour and forty five minutes I walked out. I was later called by th lease. I was told it would take an hour and a half. After being in there for an hour and forty five minutes I walked out. I was later called by the salesperson and the manager to try to fix it. They graciously brought me the car and the paperwork so I did not have to go back to the dealer. The price given to me was a very fair one. Overall they fixed the damage done to my inconvenience, but it was not a perfect experience, by far. More
