Joe H is the best! Work with him! He is the reason we leased the vehicle. Understanding, non-pressure sales, good listener, a wealth of knowledge! Great overall demeanor and character. We have full trust leased the vehicle. Understanding, non-pressure sales, good listener, a wealth of knowledge! Great overall demeanor and character. We have full trust in Joe! However, the finance person we worked with almost lost the sale for Joe. We came across an issue and instead of responding with “let me see what I can do to help fix this, he got defensive and told us all the reasons it wasn’t his fault and why we should still sign. He got heated, talked fast, and was accusatory. Low trust for this man. Made us feel like a transaction and also needs some inclusivity training. He often only addressed my husband. If we are going to be giving you our money, out of other dealerships, we at least deserve respect in the conversational tone. More
