Horrible communication no one will call back from service dept. No status updates received or any verbal explanation of the repair estimate. On the 6th day after drop off I got a call. Worse dealer I’ve ever had misfortune to run across. Lied to me repeatably . Lousy place to do business. Didn’t answer phone calls or take care of my problem. Ended of taking car which I’d been grossly Lied to me repeatably . Lousy place to do business. Didn’t answer phone calls or take care of my problem. Ended of taking car which I’d been grossly overcharged for on repairs and went across town and bought new Honda. Wed drove Chrysler products for many year but after dealing with these scam artist never again. Did nothing to help me even after talking to general manager. . More

Although I have been disappointed with having to come back multiple times to address the issues with the jeep. Something I wouldn’t expect going to the dealership assuming I couldn’t possibly be in bette back multiple times to address the issues with the jeep. Something I wouldn’t expect going to the dealership assuming I couldn’t possibly be in better hands, I feel these mistakes have been less than impressive. So maybe I have less confidence in the certified mechanics, but the staff in the service department that have been helping me get through it have been great. I just really would have expected the problems to be fix d right the first time. If I didn’t go to a specialty shop, I would understand, but I literally took the jeep to the Jeep dealership. So that has been disappointing. I can’t help but feel less confident about the repairs. I’m left wondering if I was sold a lemon? More
