This was my first time I came to the Chrysler Service Center. I had many questions on how the service contracts worked and the schedule I needed to follow to service my car. Bishoy printed the schedule o Center. I had many questions on how the service contracts worked and the schedule I needed to follow to service my car. Bishoy printed the schedule out and what my contracts covered and didn't cover. He took the time I needed to answer my questions and I left understanding how it all works. I appreciated his time. Thank you Bishoy!!! More

Freddy is who I dealt with and he was very professional and customer focused. Freddy explained to me in detail what was going on with the repairs on my truck and what to expect for both the repairs and ti and customer focused. Freddy explained to me in detail what was going on with the repairs on my truck and what to expect for both the repairs and time to completion. I also felt he worked hard to keep my costs down as much as possible. No fault of the good people who work at the dealership, but costs for repairs is too high. Everyone I encountered were kind, happy and helpful and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. More

From the moment I dropped off my truck, the communication has been absolutely terrible. My service advisor, Bishoy Mikhail, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional — even in front of other customers and employees. When I brought this up, management excused it by saying he was “just having a bad day,” which is completely unacceptable. They also told me they couldn’t replicate the noise I was hearing, yet I was able to show them the exact issue myself right there at the dealership. On top of that, they claimed they rotated my tires, but I caught them in that lie because my front driver-side tire was brand new — installed only two days before my appointment — and it never moved. To make things worse, they spilled oil all over the top of my engine after I specifically told them not to perform an oil change. My truck only had about 6,000 miles on it, and the manufacturer recommends changing the oil at 10,000 miles. Now they’re trying to say I requested it, which is completely false. Since then, I’ve received no updates, no calls, and no clear communication about parts or when the rest of my issues will be fixed. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating, disappointing, and disrespectful. Cape Coral Dodge Jeep Chrysler has shown me what true lack of care and accountability looks like, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. More
