Mean and a horrible sales guy I had filled out a form on truecar for a Audi Q7. Chris called me without any email notice and so I said I will talk next week. Next week when he called I said I wasn't interested and didn't want to waste anyone's time. he kept asking me 5 times and at the end said "You didn't answer my question" and rudely hung up the phone. This guy doesn't know how to talk to customer. If you are looking for a good salesman he should be the last guy in your list. More

This with the dealership being very busy. Oh, and love the car! More

Unexpected Treat I happened to be in the area and decided to have my 2015 Q7 washed at Audi-Dallas. While waiting, I noticed Nichole Guidry had an upgrade promotion f I happened to be in the area and decided to have my 2015 Q7 washed at Audi-Dallas. While waiting, I noticed Nichole Guidry had an upgrade promotion flyer posted. I mentioned what would make sense for me to consider upgrading to the new 2017 Q7 (I really wasn't shopping for a new car...), and before I knew it Nichole had pulled up my account and said she believed we could get it done. The details were then worked out with Chris, and I’m now enjoying my new Q7. Again, an unexpected treat! More
