Abysmal experience Took the truck in for diagnosis, was told it was ready to be picked up. Came to meet with a sales rep, went to get the truck and it wouldn't start. Next day was a holiday so I spent the day without a vehicle only to find out they took a fuse out and didn't put it back. All I wanted was a diagnosis. More

Voodo Math Poor communication wow read I am disgusted with customer service took 1 week to get temp tags and Plates which were paid for.. Had to call 4 times to get plates. Delership made.claims did nor get check from USSA. till late wed. Wed. GOT CHECK IN MORNING wed. CALLED Saturday explained had 96 hours. RECEIPTIONIST said no manager working. Put on hold for 15 to 20 min. Hung up called back told receptionist wanted to buy a car. Immediately sales manager picked up forwarded call then transferred to salesmen who said he fedex plates over night on wed.( Plates were sent via UPS Thursday night) Be careful dealing with Greenford. During haggle 9.99 fiance was better than 3.9 Usaa rate.? Wish we went to Ford dealership down the road where I bought a Ford Escape 2017 last Sept. Liked car finally told sales manager we would go to another dealer gave us price we could accept More

Took too long and didn't do what I asked I was told it would take a half day for recall work. I asked to add oil change, tire rotation and inspection. At 4pm I checked and was not done. To I was told it would take a half day for recall work. I asked to add oil change, tire rotation and inspection. At 4pm I checked and was not done. Told be less then an hour. I arrived at 5pm and was told was almost done. It was not ready till about 6pm. Got home and checked the receipt and found the inspection was not done. Called to complain and got a VM. No one returned my call. More
