As we were deciding to purchasing during the shelter in place order we were unsure what we would be in for. Chris put us immediately at ease and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the purchase process. We felt like we were being treated fairly and with our best interests in mind. While we didn't make a decision that day, the sales team remained in contact with us and were more than happy to answer any questions or address any concerns. When we were ready to purchase, they were very accommodating and tracked down the specific van we wanted within a few days time.
