I love dealing with Valley Honda. Just bought a new CRV hybrid and the entire buying experience was fantastic. From walking in the door and being welcomed by a receptionist (instead of being assaulted by vulturous sales people) to working with my salesman Umesh, who was more interested in meeting my needs than selling me a car, to Jack Davis, the sales manager who came to me to talk price instead of the usual back-and-forth with Umesh, to signing the papers with Chris in finance (a ridiculously quick process in which he did not try to upsell me on every possible option) through delivery and help getting to know the car from Umesh, this was a delightful journey. And on top of it all, I got a fantastic price. We will shop nowhere else for cars. More
