Bought a certified honda My experience was good when I purchased my Honda, but when I went to pick it up my salesman was with another customer and he was trying to take care o My experience was good when I purchased my Honda, but when I went to pick it up my salesman was with another customer and he was trying to take care of both of us which made me wait longer then usual. The finance manager made a comment that he stayed late for me and usually is done at 4:00. Personally I don’t care if he was working OT, it’s his job. And finally when the plates were on my car they snapped a pic and sent me away without anyone showing me anything about my car. I feel like someone should have gone over the whole dashboard with me instead I had to set up everything by myself. More

I live about 2 hours away from the dealership, so I called ahead to schedule a test drive the night bef I had an amazing experience with Mohawk Honda! I live about 2 hours away from the dealership, so I called ahead to schedule a test drive the night before. Samantha was extremely helpful during our phone call and even brought the car I was interested in into the side room to be sure it was the color I wanted, and called me back shortly after to verify. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted and immediately offered coffee and a place to sit and wait. I was lucky enough to have Chris Becktoft as my salesman. Throughout the entire process he was helpful, informative, friendly, and most importantly NOT PUSHY! I ended up loving the car I test drove, submitted for credit approval, and left the dealership with a new car in just over 4 hours!! I was so impressed with how efficient everyone worked together in the dealership to make my experience stress free and as speedy as possible. At the end, Chris and Caleb brought me out to my new car and Caleb helped me sync my bluetooth and set up Apple CarPlay. Thanks so much to everyone at Mohawk Honda, I will be back-- and will be recommending you to all my friends and family! More
