I really enjoyed working with Chris on the sale. It was excellent to work with someone who wasn’t pushy and who helped me find the right car and deal for me! Shaky Start but Successful Purchase We purchased our first Honda at Mohawk Honda last week. We were very satisfied with the service provided by Chris Becktoft and Sondra Sample. We were We purchased our first Honda at Mohawk Honda last week. We were very satisfied with the service provided by Chris Becktoft and Sondra Sample. We were a bit worried when we first arrived for a scheduled test drive because we waited for over a half an hour for the person who we were supposed to meet with. When we checked in at the reception desk we were told that they would let the person who we were there to see know we had arrived. We waited near the reception desk and the person who greeted us did not seem to realize that no one had come to meet with us after about half an hour - perhaps the person was too busy talking with the two other employees sitting there - until we went up and talked to the person. After another 10 minutes of the person running around and trying to find another sales associate to help us (overhearing conversations between a group of them from where we were seated about either being 'too busy' or were 'leaving for the day soon'), Mr. Becktoft finally greeted us and let us know that the person we had scheduled our test drive with had gone home sick. Also when we arrived, we were encouraged to make use of the beverage and cookie area where we found the Keurig machine not working and only crumbs left on the cookie trays. Kind of a shaky first impression, but luckily we knew what we wanted and were able to complete a purchase with the dealership finding they had the best price on the vehicle we wanted. More
